We want you and your little ones to love your Blade & Rose purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unwashed, and have all labels attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or a different size/style.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items and send them back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 working days.
